Located on what was once known as ‘Lot 47’ before the construction of our original building in 1909, our space carries a rich history within its walls. The area features a cozy soft seating area and access to both a courtyard and a rooftop deck, offering a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor relaxation. Fully handicap accessible, this space is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all.

Named after the United States Post Office station that resided in our building in the early 1900’s, our second largest creative space boasts of large windows, exposed brick, a fireplace, a kitchenette and natural wood beams.

The Lodge features an open-floor layout as well as a private breakout room and overflow area. With vaulted ceilings, access to the Rooftop Deck, third-floor private restrooms + kitchenette, clients find this uppermost oasis the perfect flex room for any occasion.

1910 is located on our third floor, featuring 11+ foot ceilings and a large open-concept. This space is perfect for a group of 12-15 people. The kitchenette, original fireplace, and flood of natural light are just a few reasons we love this airy upper room.

The 2369 Suite is our largest creative space, encompassing both floors of our southern building. Clients enjoy full privacy and plenty of room to stretch when utilizing the Loft, Studio, and Lobby spaces.

Reach out via email, phone, or request a bid right from our site. The Interweb is great for your initial reach out but we look forward to jumping on the phone with you to get the full scope of your meeting or event.

There are no automated answering machines running The Living Room. Just good, honest people. When you give us a ring, a member of our team will happily take your call unless we are assisting clients at the time. We guarantee a response to your call or email within 30 minutes or less.

You will receive a bid outlining your meeting or event. Once we’ve ironed out the details and received a signed contract, we’ll lock in your date and start prepping for the fun.

When you show up on the day of your event, we’ll have signage, coffee, and a friendly face to greet you + show your team to your space.
